About the Role

As an ASIC Verification Engineer at NVIDIA, you will contribute to the development of verification infrastructure, silicon bring-up tools, and test frameworks used across RTL simulation, emulation, FPGA, and silicon platforms. You will collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable tools, understand SoC architecture, and develop software that enables efficient hardware validation before and after silicon availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tools, infrastructure, and test frameworks for RTL simulation, emulation, FPGA, and silicon validation.
  • Build software to support SoC verification and silicon bring-up activities.
  • Understand NVIDIA’s SoC architecture, boot process, and security features.
  • Develop tools for register access, memory management, DMA, and hardware debugging.
  • Create reusable test frameworks across multiple verification platforms.
  • Build simulation capabilities for pre-silicon validation using C-models or RTL simulations.
  • Collaborate with hardware design and verification teams to improve testing efficiency.
  • Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong programming knowledge in C, C++, and Python.
  • Understanding of SoC architecture and embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, device drivers, and bare-metal programming concepts.
